Liposuction
Liposuction is performed to remove unwanted fat deposits from specific areas of the body. Dr. Carli uses the tumescent technique for liposuction, which means that he injects a saline solution into the area prior to the liposuction. The advantage of this technique is to expand the fat pockets to firm up the fat for easier removal, to provide some anesthetic in the saline solution for more pain relief post-operatively and also to help balance the amount suctioned out to facilitate the body in reaching equilibrium. Breast Augmentation
Breast
augmentation is a cosmetic procedure that uses breast implants to
enlarge and shape the breasts. First you will have a personal consultation
with Dr. Carli. During this meeting, Dr. Carli will assess your physical

An ultrasound treatment is offered to all breast augmentation patients
of the Magnolia Surgery Center. This treament helps minimize scar tissue
formation following the insertion of the breast implants.
