Breast Lift Information

Age, pregnancy and weight loss are all contributing factors that lead to the loss of elasticity and cause breasts to sag. With a breast lift, Dr. Carli will remove excess skin and reshape and reposition the breasts.

The three breast lift techniques that you can choose from include:

• The anchor pattern: This procedure is most common in the United States and is the easiest to perform. Unfortunately the result is an extensive scar.
• The lollipop pattern: This procedure is relatively new in the United States and leaves less of a scar than the anchor pattern.
• The doughnut pattern: This procedure is the most difficult but only leaves a scar surrounding the areola.
